Really unexpected development of the day: broccoli cravings. And who doesn't love broccoli right? Steam it and then add a little Himalayan salt and black pepper...yum!

But, broccoli is only the second best thing that I ate today. Hands down, lunch at Chipotle wins. Yes friends, you can eat out and detox at the same time! Since we're allowed to have legumes, I had the nice (but somewhat skeptical) folks at Chipotle make me up a burrito bowl with black and pinto beans, lots of pico de gallo and green salsa, a big scoop of guacamole and some handfuls of lettuce. I didn't even miss the meat or sour cream that I normally would have added to this. Incredible!

And just like that I had lunch at one of my favorite places, with friends, without sabotaging my commitment to my detox. Take that toxins.
