What are the benefits of Monthly Membership?

Our Monthly Members receive a discount on all retail items (Flow - 15%, Balance & Zen - 10%), plus additional discounts on workshops, trainings, and other special deals throughout the year. We also offer two Free Guest Passes a month to Flow Members and one Free Guest Pass a month to Balance members, plus extra Free Guest Passes around the holidays.


When should I choose Monthly Membership over a Punch Card or other package?

If you attend more than 2 classes a week, Flow Membership is the best value for you. If you attend up to 2 classes a week, Balance is the best value for you. If you attend one class a week, Zen is the best value for you. 


What is the difference between Monthly Membership and One Month Unlimited?

Monthly Membership requires a credit/debit card on file and will be automatically withdrawn from that account on the same day each month. The One Month Unlimited is a single purchase and is valid for 30 days from activation.


What is the qualifying age for the Senior Discount?

60 years of age.


What is a Group Membership?

A group membership is made up of 3 or more associated individuals. Groups can be formed from any connection. All individuals belonging to a group membership are allowed unlimited access to the studio. Here are a few examples of group memberships: family members, co-workers, book clubs, neighborhoods, moms group, etc. We have several already established groups for many area employers, so be sure to ask when you sign up!

  • A person may belong to only one group. Every person joining a group must specify the group name.
  • If a member joins as an individual not associated with a group, he/she may join a group at any time.
  • The adjusted fees will be applied to the next monthly billing cycle of each individual membership. No proration will occur, and no credits will be given.

How do I cancel my Monthly Membership?

To cancel your membership at Mindstream Yoga, send an email to membership@mindstreamyoga.com and write “Cancel Membership” in the memo section. The email is date stamped and valid from the day and time Mindstream receives the email (Mountain Time). Cancellation must be a full 30 days in advance.

For example if you want to cancel your membership in January and your membership fees are deducted on the 5th of the month, Mindstream must receive the cancellation notice no later than December 5th. If however Mindstream receives the cancellation email on or after December 6th, the termination will not go into effect until the corresponding day in January and the January 5th payment will still be withdrawn. If the January 5th payment were withdrawn in this scenario you would still have access to the studio through February 4th.


What is the difference between a Group Membership and a Corporate Membership?

A group membership made up of co-workers means every individual pays the same reduced rate for his/her monthly membership fee. The rate depends on how many people belong to the group.

A corporate membership means the company that employs the co-workers in the group membership agrees to pay for a portion of each individual membership. The group discount is the same amount. However the total monthly membership fee is split between the company and each individual.
