Free essential oils workshop to learn more about using doTERRA's products in lieu of the chemically-laden home cleaning products!
This workshop will introduce you to the Pilates method as it is taught on a mat without the use of the trademark Reformer machine.
The class will include lecture on the background and philosophy of Pilates and approximately 90 minutes of physical practice utilizing Pilates props, with lots of breaks for detailed explanation and discussion.
In this all levels workshop, students will have the opportunity to explore more than a dozen selected arm balances and inversions at their own pace with assistance and adjustments from the teacher.
A range of variations will be introduced in a fun and safe manner with tips and tricks to take back into your regular weekly classes.
The studio will not be heated, but come ready for an active, physical practice.
Picking up where Alignment Basics 1 left off, Alignment Basics 2 will cover in-depth alignment pointers and individual adjustments for 8-10 common floor based postures in vinyasa classes.
Postures covered will include:
· Childs Pose
· Half Pigeon
· Shoulder Stand
· Seated & Supine Twists

This workshop will explore the philosophy of yoga’s Yamas and Niyamas, the first two limbs of the 8 Limbed Path. Commonly known as the “ten commandments” of yoga, they govern the “do’s and don’ts” of living the yogic path.
This workshop will include:
· A lecture and deep discussion of each Yama and Niyama and the philosophy behind how they connect directly to our life both on and off our yoga mat.
· A Q&A session
· A short but heavily themed all levels Yama/Niyama vinyasa flow (30 minutes, non-heated)
