Partner Yoga Basics

This lighthearted, interactive practice utilizes partners to help each other deepen into yoga postures as well as assist with balance. Partners take turns learning various postures and basic adjustments to use with another person.

Bring your mat, your partner, and your easy going sense of adventure to this all levels, accessible, partner based workshop. Wear comfortable clothing and plan to enjoy yourself. The room will not be heated or humidified.

If your significant other isn't available, bring a friend instead!

Limited to 11 couples. Must pay at time of sign up. No refunds due to limited space.

Non-member couples: $60/couple
Member couples*: $50/couple
