Membership + Account Changes
Use the form below to submit requests for changes to your membership. All terms and conditions of membership can be found on our Membership FAQs page. You agreed to the terms when you made your purchase. Your purchase receipts are saved to your online profile for reference.
Please submit your membership change requests at least 7 days before the requested change date. To downgrade/cancel your membership you must notify us in writing via this form 30 days prior to your next billing cycle date in order not to be billed for the following month. We do not prorate membership fees.
