We're excited to offer an opportunity to join Mindstream Yoga co-owner and lululemon ambassador Lindsay Roselle for a morning Yin yoga practice at the local lululemon in Fort Collins followed by mimosas and private shopping and connection time. We will also have some surprises from some other local health and wellness businesses!

Yin yoga is floor-based and targets connective tissue and joints with longer holds of 3-5 minutes. This class is open to all levels and is free to attend.

Please bring a mat and a sweatshirt or towel to use as a prop. We will have a few mats available to borrow if you do not have your own.

Mindstream Yoga community classes are open to all. All participants must sign a liability release waiver onsite at lululemon. You must be 21+ to attend.

Our distinctive 6 month program is based around the themes of asana, anatomy, and authenticity, with the goal of deepening participant's understanding of yoga and their own personal connection to it.

Whether or not you plan to teach yoga, our program will equip you with a thorough understanding of human anatomy, an extensive repertoire of asanas from which to build classes or your own practice, and encourage you to find your authentic voice and approach to teaching and practicing yoga.

Our teacher training is led by Mindstream Yoga founders and E-RYTs Darla Roselle and Lindsay Roselle. It also features lectures and modules instructed by many other highly experienced Mindstream Yoga teachers and expert community members brought in by Mindstream Yoga.

Our bodies speak our minds. Learn how to pattern your tissues and your mindset to work together to manifest your future vision for success. Yin yoga gently addresses restrictions and tensions throughout the body with primarily floor-based postures held for 3 to 5 minutes. The asana practice will be combined with a short future visioning meditation and journaling exercise to create space for your dreams to come through onto paper and become actionable from there. We'll then create vision boards (think magazine clippings and glue sticks!) that reflect the future we want to create.

An intentionally curated playlist meant to stir creativity will help draw your mind into a space ripe with ideas for the future. Please bring a magazine or two to share. All other supplies will be provided.

Intro to Arm Balances & Inversions Workshop

Satisfy your curiosity by participating in this all levels, two-hour workshop. Inversions tend to evoke varying emotions. Some of which can prevent a person from even attempting the first step toward what appears a difficult if not impossible posture. Challenge your comfort zone and be willing to try something new. Or, if arm balances already exist in your practice, take this workshop as a refresher.  

Senior Mindstream Yoga teacher Kristen Lassiter will provide an in depth explanation as well as demonstrate the "layers" of six different arm balances and inversions: Crow, Baby Crow, Supported Headstand, Tripod Headstand, Firefly, and Forearm Stand.

The class will warm up with approximately a 40 minute yoga flow. Afterward be prepared to watch, listen, learn and practice. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, your mat, and a smile.
