In order to bring balance to our hips we need to not just stretch the muscles in this region of the body, but strengthen them as well. In this 90 minute workshop we will explore a greater understanding of how to properly access the muscles of hips. We will target these muscles groups that are often strained and tightened during our daily activities in order to generate better range of motion, reduce back discomfort, improve posture and facilitate a deeper release of the fascia.
