Take time to refine your yoga practice and give your shoulders some extra attention and much needed care. In this 90 minute yoga workshop, Heather and Toni will explore the importance of understanding the shoulder girdle, the body’s most mobile joint. Join us for a therapeutic flow to relieve tension, create space and enhance mobility that targets this area of the body. 

Whether you are new to yoga or are an experienced yogi, this workshop will help you discover strategies to protect your shoulders while building strength to become a more mindful yoga practitioner. 

This non-heated, all levels workshop will focus on an educational, strengthening, and therapeutic approach to release tension and increase mobility in the shoulders. Enjoy the healing benefits of yoga and leave with a feeling of ease and relief. As a special treat we will provide a 15-20 minute shoulder sequence you can do at home to continue to build upon your practice.
