Unwind the muscles in your hips and pelvis to achieve better balance, reduce discomfort, and find a deeper release in a part of the body that excels at storing emotion and tension. Heather and Toni will highlight the hips and pelvis to help you target muscles that are often strained and tightened throughout our daily routines. The aim is to generate a better range of motion and improve posture, strength, and flexibility.
This non-heated, all levels yoga hips workshop will focus on an educational, strengthening, and therapeutic approach designed to help you release tension and increase mobility in the hips. As a special treat we will provide a 15-20 minute hip sequence you can do at home to continue to build upon your practice.
