Myofascial release is very effective at releasing muscular tension and soreness, increasing range of motion and working with scar tissue.
This workshop begins with an overview of the function and role of fascia. You will then learn the goals of myofascial release and what to avoid before moving into an all-levels class using a variety of props to facilitate myofascial release throughout the whole body - tennis balls, blocks, etc.
All levels welcome. Non-heated.
