Handstand is a beautiful posture that can be practiced by all levels using an alignment-focused, step by step approach.
This workshop begins with a vinyasa warm-up specifically designed to build strength, confidence, and integrity to properly activate the structures necessary to safely try handstand, and then we'll get upside down!
This workshop is for curious students of any level, but we do recommend some experience with vinyasa yoga.
All levels welcome. Non-heated.
